Collar of the Order in GOLD and Silver, Dim.: L. of the collar: 113,0 cm., the Badge: 105,0 x 72,0 mm, hallmarked "14K" , composed by 6 oblong oval links with a heraldic sea-lion rising from the sea, with white/blue lacquered waves, 6 similar links, but with a golden sun rising from white-blue enameled sea, 6 similar links enclosing a white lacquered scroll with a scepter above, rear and forward links with the polychrome lacquered coat of arms of the Philippines, the forward one, with a blue lacquered scroll below, bearing the inscription "COMMANDER LAUREATE" and the badge of the Order as a star of golden beams with red lacquered cross anked by stylized sea- waves with rising, heraldic sea-lions, white lacquered centre medallion with two crossed arms, a stylized sun and a scroll with a cup with blood in it, smooth, polished reverse with applied centre medallion bearing the polychrome-lacquered Philippines` coat of arms on pebbled golden ground, within deep-sea-blue lacquered outer circlet bearing the inscription "AN- CIENT ORDER OF SIKATUNA * RAJA*", below, maker`s mark "J.
