Breast Star, 75 mm, Silver, hallmarked on the pin "33-34-ARG" superimposed part gilt and enameled, brilliant cut, maker`s mark "Joseph Resch Fils-Bucarest", thin pin on reverse in original case of issue by Joseph Resh Fils Bucuresti", inner part missing, with gilt monogram on the lid.
