Breast Star, 77 mm, gilt Silver and separately-made, gold and red enameled arms` fields, centre medallion in the finest enamel work, framed in gold with green enameled laurel leaves and white enameled scroll with inscription, blue enameled , crowned upper escutcheon with chiseled monogram. In original case of issue by Cejalvo, Madrid with gilt weapon on the lid. A superb old set in perfect condition! I
