Breast Star, 60 mm, gilt Silver, multipart construction, superimposed parts Silver, enameled, reverse with long ornamented vertical pin and two side hooks, in case of issue by "Cejalvo, Madrid" with gilt and enameled weapon on the lid. Scarce and very attractive set in perfect condition! I R!
