Breast Badge, Gold, of the type awarded to high ranking commanders, instituted on August 20th, 1889, the obverse, with Argentinian coat of arms and inscription around, the reverse, with Argentina`s beaming sun and around "AL VALOR Y LA CONS TANCI A", "LA NACION AGRADECIDA", upper loop and suspension ring. A scarce medal, when in gold, almost extremely fine condition.
