Henry VI (1st Reign, 1422-61) gold Half Noble ND, S-1805, North-1417, Annulet Issue, London, MS61 NGC, subdued luster (pebbly obv. die) but evenly struck with only tiny abrasions, excellent details all around, sharp clear legends, some doubling on reverse, lovely yellow-gold color. Good clear FRANC in the king's title (see our historical comments under the Henry V Noble).
