Charles I (1625-49) gold Unite ND, of 20 Shillings, S-2690, North-2150 (scarce), Tower mint under the King, 3rd Bust, "CR" on reverse, Plume mm (1630-31), MS62 NGC, an exceptional example of this bust style, the coin struck on a full broad flan, centered on each side, the king's portrait deeply detailed, his crowned shield on reverse also bold except for one small area, legends sharp and easily read, flan almost round, outer rims mostly flat, surfaces very choice and lustrous, and the color an alluring light yellow gold.
