George I gold 2 Guineas 1726, S-3627, only style of portrait on this denomination, very scarce in any grade, AU50 NGC, even wear, mostly on the obverse, with numerous tiny abrasions in the soft gold and some streaks of oxidized tin in the gold alloy, most noticeable above the king's head. This denomination was struck during only three years, this date being the final issue.
