Great Britain
George II gold 2 Guineas 1738, S-3667B, Young laureate Head, "repositioned legend," MS63 NGC, a beautiful and choice coin with blazing reflective luster, boldly struck and showing only a few tiny design elements not so fully detailed, centered with high dished rims, numerous tiny abrasions keeping it from an even higher TPG assessment -- yet surely among the finest of its kind. Not many gold coins of any denomination from this historical period can boast of this coin's luster. The variety notated in the SCBC as "repositioned legend" refers to larger letters in the legends which are differently spaced.
