Alexander II 25 Kopecks 1864 CПБ-HФ, St. Petersburg mint, Bitkin-139 (R), Severin-3749, MS65 PCGS. A very rare issue and the first example we have seen. Only two pieces have been certified by PCGS and NGC combined, and this is the only Mint State piece certified. The strike is superb and the near-flawless surfaces exhibit attractive green patina over full mint luster.
