Nicholas II 1/4 Kopeck 1916, St. Petersburg mint, Bitkin-282 (R1), KM-Y47.2, MS63 Brown PCGS. Sharply struck, with traces of mint-red color around the well formed devices. An extremely rare issue. The first example we have seen, and the only piece certified by PCGS in all grades.
