Iran Banque Nationale 5 Pahlevis 19.3.1936 Pick UNL Front and Back Printer's Design PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ (2). An incredible pair of unadopted Front and Back Printer's Designs featuring the Reza Shah in military garb. The timing of the proposed design change suggests that its consideration was halted as the imminent abdication of the Shah in favor of his son Mohammad Reza Shah in 1941. An impressive vignette of a Lamassu, that is a partial man, eagle, and lion deity is showcased to the left.
