Iraq Government of Iraq 1/4 Dinar 1931 (ND 1941) Pick 13 PMG Very Fine 30. A scarce issue featuring an impressive portrait of King Faisal II as a child. Deep green inks and detailed guilloche patterns remain clear on this issue. The first series of government notes to feature King Faisal II were printed in India, as traditional printer Bradbury, Wilkinson & Company was unable to provide their services. Minor repairs are mentioned by third party grading company which do not seem to detract from the overall visual presentation.
