Israel Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M. 5 Pounds ND (1952) Pick 21p Proof PCGS Choice New 63PPQ. Ornate borders encase this simply designed Proof printed for Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M. Hebrew text and western denomination values are present on the front, while Arabic and English text enhance the back. Two POCs are present along with annotations on the front of this proof "see reverse side for color". Present research indicates that this note, which serves as the plate illustration on page 28 in Dvir's book, is one of only two known at present.
