Notice that there are no overprints or perforated cancellation and Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M. is printed instead of the Bank of Israel as noted on regular issues. A historical type in this format and desirable to a plethora of collections. Believed to be unique in this form and used as the plate note in the 2022 Dvir book on page 73.
