Israel Bank of Israel 10 Lirot ND (1958 / 5718) Pick 32pp1; 32pp2 Front and Back Progressive Proof PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 (2). Progressive Proofs are often encountered in black and white, a pink hue is noted on this paper along with deep purple inks. These partial Proofs without underprint seem to enhance the images that are to be utilized for the final design. Annotations 718/20 and 718/21 can be seen on the bottom right borders. Based on recent research it appears that there are two to three known examples each of the Front and Back Progressive Proofs. These two Proofs appear as the plate illustrations on pages 146-147 in the 2022 Dvir book.
