Mexico Empire of Iturbide 2 Pesos 1.1.1823 Pick 2b M11c PR-DF-8 PCGS Banknote Choice UNC 63 PPQ. The Mexican Government under the rule of Emperor Iturbide issued a series of paper notes in 1823. These notes proved unpopular and did no favors to help the fragile, post-war economy. Many were unused and cut cancelled. This example is fresh and original and displays the aforementioned cancellation.
