An impressive, large format multicolor note that was used as a transitional issue during the currency revaluation that started in 1967 and ended in 1971. A large portrait of abolitionist Victor Schoelcher holding a scroll highlights the front of this note while, a pleasing scene of a woman and children draws attraction to the back.
