Wonderfully engraved with the conjoined busts of Carlos IV and Queen Maria Luisa on the obverse and Minerva placed in academic surrounding on the reverse. Silvered and once abrasively cleaned, but now retoning in areas. One of the more popular Proclamation types of Mexico because of its large format and artistic design.
