Pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Valens standing right, holding labarum with coss on banner and Victory on globe; *ANTA*. RIC IX 2d.xxxii var. (bust type); Depeyrot 21/2 var. (bust type). Slight double strike, a few light scratches. Near EF. Extremely rare, the 1st known for this officina. Previously only known in the 9th officina, which is in Vienna.
