SELEUKID EMPIRE. Antiochos IV Epiphanes. 175-164 BC. Æ Chalkous (12.3mm, 2.69 g, 1h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Struck circa 173/2-164 BC. Radiate and diademed head right; monogram (mark of value) to left / Goddess seated left on throne, holding Nike; bird at feet to left; monogram(?) beneath throne. SC 1510; HGC 9, 638c. Dark green patina with some light earthen highlights/deposits. Near VF. Rare.
