Laureate head of Janus / Jupiter, hurling thunderbolt and holding scepter, in galloping quadriga driven right by Victory; ROMA in relief in exergue. Crawford 28/3; Sydenham 65; RSC 24; RBW 68. Toned with hints of iridescence, patches of dark toning. VF. Struck on a broad flan.
