EGYPT. Alexandria. Trajan, 98-117. Obol (Bronze, 19 mm, 3.94 g, 12 h), year 16 = 112-113. ΑΥΤ ΤΡΑΙΑΝ CEΒ ΓEΡΜ ΔΑΚΙΚ Laureate head of Trajan to right. Rev. L Ις Uraeus erect to right, crowned with disc and horns, enfolded with sistrum and grain-ear. Dattari (Savio) 7077. Geissen 627. RPC III 4768. Very rare - only two (possibly three, but date not certain on one) cited in the RPC. Dark brown patina. Very fine.
