Bust of Christ, nimbate, facing; in left and right fields, crosses. Rev. OMEΓΑ /ΑΜΗΡΑ / ΑΜΗΡΑ / Γ[...] (sic) in four lines. Album 1237. Whelan Type A. Some striking weakness, otherwise, very fine.



The flan of this coin was created by simply cutting out a square part of a bronze leaf. This and the reverse legend, which should read OMEΓΑC /ΑΜΗΡΑC / ΑΜΗΡΓΑ / ZHC, suggest a hurried production.
