A wonderful specimen of the second highest denomination of the series. Perforated "specimen of no value" and not with the red overprint that is typically seen on specimens of the 1965 series. We belief these were internal specimens not meant to be sold to collectors. Very scarce in any format and with issued notes almost impossible to locate at this grade level we expect spirited bidding on this pleasing specimen.
