India ND (1937) P-21a PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45 1000 Rupees
A lightly circulated example of this challenging and popular type, the first we have offered. Bombay circle. A type that due to its large size tends to come with heavy folds and less than ideal eye-appeal. This piece, which is graded Choice Extremely Fine 45 by PMG has bright original colors, and the only negative remark we can make is that the pinholes (typically found on this issue) have been closed. Regardless, this is a perfect type representative that will fill a challenging hole in one advanced collection after it sells. PMG mentions "Closed pinholes".
