Charles II (1660-1685), Crown, 1672 VICESIMO QVARTO, third laureate and draped bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, interlocked Cs in angles, seven strings to harp, lettered edge downwards, 29.43g, 6h (ESC 45; Bull 388; Spink 3358), haymarked and with some flatness to hair, small nailmark to edge at 8 o'clock, otherwise lightly toned, a bolder fine.
