Watch List notes:

South Carolina, 7 shillings 6 pence, April 10, 1778, serial 317. Fr-SC-148. A nice, XF example of this rare "beehive" note named for the vignette at lower right depicting bees buzzing around their hive. Fully framed with complete design visible unlike the Newman specimen which had some design fading. Although the signatures are a little faded, they remain illegible. A single pinhole is noted at left and the back shows two mounting removal spots though these do little to detract from the eye appeal of this difficult South Carolina note.
