Santiago, Chile, gold bust 8 escudos, Ferdinand VI, 1751 J, NGC MS 62 / La Luz (Shipwreck Blue Label). Cal-824; KM-3. Nice luster, the strike typically weak in centers but the fields fairly smooth (just a few light marks and hairlines), incomplete rims as usual. Recovered from: Luz, sunk in 1752 off Montevideo, Uruguay.
