Swedish copper "plate money" 2 dalers, Fredrik I, 1726. KM-PM71. 1193 grams; 7" x 7-1/2". All five stamps fairly clear (one corroded through) showing denomination, king's monogram and date 1726, which appears to be rare, as only one is mentioned in the original Ponterio auction for this wreck (January 1990), nice color and really quite solid except for two edges and parts of reverse. Recovered from: Nicobar, sunk in 1783 off South Africa.
Estimate: $350 - $500
