China (People's Republic), silver proof 10 yuan Panda, 1983, NGC PF 69 Ultra Cameo. KM-67; PAN-11A. Very popular as the first silver Panda released, winner of the "Best Silver Coin of 1983" award, "quite scarce" in Proof 69 (Anthony). Mintage: 10,000 (planned; actual and surviving unknown). Only three higher in the NGC census at PF 70. Pedigreed to the Gansu Collection of Chinese Panda Coinage.
