Obverse: A gathering of allegorical females, France seated above them; legend translates "France receives and crowns the Genius of two worlds." Reverse: View of Paris and the fairgrounds, with the two new palaces featured. Roine is also considered an American medalist, associated with the young Medallic Art Co., and particularly known for his 1909 plaques of Hudson and Fulton. Mintage 274 (112 silver). Toning a trifle dull, otherwise MINT STATE.
