43x66mm silver, by Raoul Benard. Obverse: Woman walking down garden steps toward the observer; in her hands, huge bouquets; behind her, a portal made of flowers. Reverse: A spectacular fountain, framed in a flower-covered portal, with a cartouche (engraved to an awardee) across the center. The obverse makes an interesting comparison with the Lalique plaquette for the Centennial of Chilean independence. Case included. SUPERB MINT STATE.
