Reverse: Nude presenting a basket of grapes to a small child, seated on the tomb of Aesculapius. Issue of the Hollando-Belge Societe de la Medaille d'Art. Cf. Elsen (Brussels), Sept. 10, 2011, hammered at 140 Euros. Deep brown patina. Some spotting, but still better than EXTREMELY FINE.
