Obverse: Seated Inspiration surrounded by eight females representing Geography, various Arts, etc. Reverse: Seated angel on sarcophagus, with young standing female; long (and rather beautiful) inscription about the rewards and perils of Genius. Fuchs specialized in low-relief medals, notably the official Hudson-Fulton medal of 1909. Rare. NEARLY SUPERB MINT STATE.
