Joined face and back design trial proofs printed by OF-Z. A striking Five Angolares note which shows the design in full color and lovely detail. An ornate border is shown in a deep purple hue with a lighter purple comprising the under-print. The reverse design shows a similar border with a vignette of a ship at port with railroad tracks in the foreground. A design that was never adopted and part of an impressive grouping from this printer we are offering. Uncirculated.
