note we have handled for this under-rated issuer and one that shows in a lovely
brown hue with detailed portrait vignette of a seated woman with sheaf and wheel
at center. Guilloches at left and right with "1" counters within and worded
under-printing at lower half. Wonderfully ornate back design with Christopher
Columbus facing left. Specimen overprints and three punch cancels. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 Net. Previously Mounted.
