Bust of Ardashir I right, wearing diadem (type R) and close-fitting headdress with korymbos and earflaps, facing helmeted and diademed (type R) bust of Shapur I left / Fire altar ( flames 2) with diadems (type R). SNS type VIII(5)/3a(2b), pl. 17, A56; Göbl type VII/2; Paruck 63; Saeedi 76; Sunrise 727. Brown reddish patina. Choice VF. Extremely rare.
