55 mm. Gold rimmed eight pointed white enamel cross with gold rays between the arms. Central gilt medallion with bust of St. Sylvester on a blue enamel background; Reverse: Similar except central medallion is blue bordered and portrays the Papal Arms. Three hallmarks, one of them "AB Co" and eye within sunken diamond. No ribbon. No damage. EXTREMELY FINE.
