Constantine I AR Siliqua. Nicomedia or Cyzicus(?), AD 324-337. Rosette-diademed head to right, looking upwards / CONSTANTINVS AVG, Victory advancing to left, holding wreath and palm, SM[N or K?] in exergue. Cf. RIC VII 140-1 (Nicomedia) for possible examples, none are recorded at Cyzicus in RIC but cf. Lanz 114, 825 (Cyzicus). 3.05g, 20mm, 12h.
Near Very Fine; pierced. Unfortunately this piece is pierced directly over the end of the mintmark, obstructing the letter following the SM. Possibly unpublished.
