BRITISH INDIA: George VI, 1936-1947, AE rupee, 1947(b), S&W-9.39, lightly tooled, rare trial strike in copper, NGC graded VF details, RRRR. This is the only known recorded specimen to have surfaced in the last 14 years and is possibly unique. It is the first example we have ever encountered and a great rarity.
