ILKHAN: Hulagu, 1256-1265, AR fractional dirham (0.69g) (Dimashq), ND, A-2124A, Heidemann-6 (p.356), lovely VF, ex Ruud Schüttenhelm collection. On this remarkable type, Hulagu is described as "the conqueror of the coast (al-basita) by the grace of his brother Möngke, the Great Qa'an".
