Rev, long cross fourchée over quartered shield of arms, saltires in fork ends, reads POSVI DEV Λ DIVTOR E MEV, 2.78g (S.2337E; N.1797; Whitton [iv] ). Pleasing cabinet tone, all in all a distinguished example, filled with an attractive mint brilliance, few die breaks with no sign of surface wear or nicks. Practically as struck. Exceptional, rare so well preserved.
