Silver. Obverse with legend "INAUGURATION OF AUGUSTIN. FIRST EMPEROR OF MEXICO. JULY 21, 1822" in five lines and, under a star, surrounded by a laurel and, palm branch. On the reverse the imperial eagle perched on a cactus growing from a mound, below the initials F.C. Ligera limpieza.
