A nice pair of 100 Francs from the 1945 issue, which were produced by the Government Printer in Palestine. Both an issued and cancelled example are represented in this lot. The high grade cancelled note with the Annulé overprint and four POCs serves as plate note on page 260 in Raphael Dabbah's Printed in Palestine reference book. Splits are noted on the issued example for accuracy.
