THRACE, Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. AR Hemidrachm (14mm, 2.03 g). Forepart of lion right, head reverted / Quadripartite incuse square with alternating raised and sunken quarters, VE monogram to right of pellet and lizard in opposite sunken quarters. McClean 4117; HGC 3, 1437. Minor porosity, a little off center, area of flat strike on obverse. VF.
