Constantine I. AD 307/310-337. Æ Follis (23mm, 4.09 g, 6h). COMITI AVGG NN Type. Londinium (London) mint. Struck circa AD 311-312. Laureate, helmeted, and cuirassed bust left, holding spear forward in right hand, shield on left arm / Sol standing left, chlamys across left shoulder, holding globe in right hand and whip in left; –|*//PLN. RIC VI 167; C&T 7.03.020. Mostly silvered, toned an attractive dark gray, areas of roughness and weak strike, a couple of short edge splits. Good VF. Rare.
