ARKADIA. Antigoneia (Mantineia). Achaian League, circa 175-168 BC. Triobol or Hemidrachm (Silver, 14 mm, 2.32 g, 1 h). Laureate head of Zeus to right. Rev. Achaean League monogram with Ι above, Α - Υ to left and right, and Λ below; all within laurel wreath. Agrinion -, but cf. 469 (same reverse die but the obverse is to left) and p. 50 and pl. XXLVIII, E (same dies, from the collection of the ANS). Clerk 327. BCD Peloponnesos -. Very rare, one of the few Achaean League coins the mint of which is uncertain. Clear and bright. Extremely fine.
