The Virgin, nimbate and wearing a chiton and maphorion, enrobed, standing facing, holding the infant Christ before her; to left and right, a simple cross. Rev. Heraclonas, on the left, Heraclius, at the center, and Heraclius Constantine, on the right, all standing facing and wearing a cross-topped crown; each holds a globus cruciger in his right hand and the hem of his robe in his left.
