KM-4; CJ-7.1.2. Mintage: 32,776. This handsome example boasts a better strike than normally encountered from this series with crisp design features, save for a slight weakness on the Phrygian cap, displaying rich slate patina with a slight iridescent sheen in the peripheries. Close inspection reveals evidence of a past cleaning on both sides, along with numerous pin scratches between each of the rays, accounting for the details designation.
